• No Advance Payment Required:
For your convenience, we do not require any advance payment before delivery. You only pay after receiving the product (Cash on Delivery).

• Return & Exchange Eligibility:

  • Products can be returned or exchanged only if there is a valid reason, such as:

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Damaged or defective product

    • Size mismatch (for applicable items)

  • The product must be returned in unused and original condition with all packaging intact.

• Return Procedure:

  • If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • Returns must be done with courtesy and proper communication.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping/delivery charges, unless the mistake was on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product sent).

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Important Notes:

  • We reserve the right to decline returns if the product is used, damaged by the customer, or returned without proper reason.

  • Custom-made or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
