• Inside Dhaka: Next-day delivery / within 2 days
• Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 3 days

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you’ll love everything you order from esrakz.com.

However, if you are not satisfied, you can exchange your item within 24 hours from the delivery date.

⚠️ Note:

• We do not accept exchanges unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service team 01701996067 (WhatsApp).
• Please do not send any item back without notifying us first.
• To request an exchange, please contact us with your Order Number and reason for exchange.
• After receiving your message,our customer service team will send detailed exchange instructions. Please follow them carefully to complete the process.

Order Cancellation

• Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase (and not yet shipped) are eligible.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request an exchange after receiving the product.

Refund Policy

At Esrakz, we value customer satisfaction.

However, please note:

• Once a product has been received by the customer, there is no refund policy.
• Customers may only exchange their product under the approved conditions mentioned below.

Exchange Policy

1.Exchange Request at the Time of Delivery

• Customers must inform the delivery personnel immediately if they wish to exchange the product.
• If the payment has already been made, the exchange process will begin after verification.

Delivery charges are non-refundable and will apply again for the new delivery.

2.Exchange Request After Receiving the Product

• Customers must contact 01701996067 within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is caused by Esrakz.
• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will ship the replacement item.

Important Notes

• Items can be exchanged within 24 hours from the delivery date. Overdue requests may not be accepted.
• No refunds are issued once the product has been received.
• Products returned without authorization or found used/damaged will not be accepted.
